Service within the IGCSE programme is differentiated for Grade 9 and 10 students. The focus of the Grade 9 CSIG (Community Service in the IG) is on whole grade engagement and practices of reflection in service. The focus of the Tens Impact Programme (TIP) is on the transition from IG into the DP CAS programme. Individual responsibility in service and the use of an on-going reflective journal is expected from the Grade 10 students.
