Most of our staff stay between 2-6 years however many staff have remained at VIS for longer. All our teachers have international experience, university degrees and teaching credentials in accordance with the Maltese Teacher’s Warrant expectations. 50% of our teaching staff have Masters qualifications.

All our staff are fluent English speakers, First Aid trained and required to have a certain standard of Technology training. All staff follow an annual cycle of performance evaluation cycle and encouraged to have a growth mindset that includes regular professional development and personal goal-setting.

As a community, we aim to provide a quality learning environment, working together collaboratively to ensure the students can each achieve their best and be their best. By making VIS a co-operative working experience we can make a positivedifference to the children in our care.
