Welcome to our After School Programme

Unfortunately due to COVID19 our After-school programme has been suspended until further notice.

The After School Activities Programme provides a wide range of activities and opportunities for our students. Our Verdala teachers run many activities and we have engaged a number of outside providers who have diverse and innovative activities to offer.

Registration and Online Payment is now available and accessible by clicking herePlaces are available on a first come first served basis.

The new on-line payment facility is quick and simple. It allows one to register, receive instant confirmation and make payment by credit/debit card in a few simple steps.


Fencing for students and adults is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5.30 - 8.00 pm. For more info and registration please see Ms Nicky Schembri directly.

ASP Guidelines:

1. Please read the terms and conditions of the ASA Programme when applying / making payment for any activity.

2. All activities will be subject to a minimum number of participants enrolling, in order for the activity to run, usually 6 students. Maximum number of students depends on the activity.

3. After school activities dates and timetables to be confirmed at a later date. Please note : ALL dates for these activities are shown on the accompanying online timetables. Parents will be informed of the addition of new activities, not published, via e mail on Managebac. Activities run from 3:30pm - 4:30pm (Monday - Thursday) and 2:15pm - 3:30pm (Friday), unless otherwise stated.

4. Payments for ASA’s must be made in full, in advance, of the programme. 

5. Unfortunately school transport is not available after ASA sessions/classes are finished. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure that his/her child is picked up at the prescribed time. School staff and external providers are not responsible for the care of students after the close of an activity. Please endeavour to be at school at least 10 mins before the end of  a the student's selected activity. In the event of extenuating circumstances, please call the school office/ provider directly, to inform of any unexpected delayed pick up.

6. If your child is unable to attend an after school activity session, please inform the provider/coach, the respective school principal, and the student's homeroom teacher by e-mail, no later than the morning of the scheduled activity. This avoids any unnecessary waiting time or confusion. Attendance is taken for all students enrolled in an ASA.

7. Where possible, sessions that are missed due to school functions etc. may be rescheduled but this is not guaranteed.

8. In the event that a child is withdrawn from an activity midterm, payments will not be refunded.

9. Information re off- campus packages, please ask the Activities Coordinator.  Please be advised that these activities are being provided by private contractors who bear full responsibility and liability for those programmes.
