After School Activities Program & Online Payments 

Terms and Conditions

 

Requirements

Online Payments are accessed via the Internet. You are solely responsible for the equipment, software and communication services to access the Internet.

 

Privacy

No credit / debit card details will be stored on our systems. Any personal information that is submitted with a payment transaction is dealt with strict confidentiality. Such information will be used solely to process the transaction.

After School Programs: All the information submitted in the online application, (see list below), will be available to the After School Program Coordinator and the respective activity providers.

  • Parent / Guardian E-mail
  • Student Full Name
  • Student Grade
  • Student uses School Transport
  • Emergency Contact Number 1
  • Emergency Contact Number 2
  • Health Conditions

Such information can only be used by the respective provider for the duration of the activity, ONLY in relation to the said activity, and will be destroyed once the subscription is terminated.  

Consent

By submitting a successful application for an After School Activity, you are giving consent for the named student listed in the 'Student Full Name' field, to participate in the selected activity and are acknowledging that ALL the information provided is lawful, transparent and accurate.

 

Refunds

All transactions processed on the online payment system are non-refundable unless:

After School Programs: (a) A program has been cancelled; (b) a program has been overbooked
