Applications

Before you start the process of an online application for a place for your child, please read through the following information carefully.

Placement Policy

According to our school’s Admission’s Policy, we place new students by age. To read our placement policy, click here

To apply for admission, please submit the following for each applicant:

All documentation must be provided in English and translations must be by a recognised authority.

  • School records for the previous two years and  records for the current year, as available.

  • Copies of any independent assessments (if appropriate), individual educational plans or any psychological and/ or medical reports (if appropriate).

  • Copy of the applicant’s passport (photo page only)

  • Health record, including record of vaccinations  as required by Maltese Legislation.

  • The non-refundable application fee, which  covers the  administrative costs only and does not guarantee a place at the school. Click here to access our Bank Details.

If you are applying for more than one child, click on the ‘Add Applicant’ tab, once you complete the first child’s application.

The signature of the parent on the Application Form constitutes acceptance of all Terms  and Conditions.

Incomplete applications will be discarded after 30 days.

The admissions process is connected to our student’s annual Re-enrolment process, which will be initiated in March each year. Once we have a realistic idea of the number of  returning students and spaces available,  we will start to review applications. 

Waiting Pools

A waiting pool of applications will be created if a class is full. A student’s position in the wait pool may change if there are subsequent applications from families with higher priority. Students will remain in the wait pool for the academic year for which they have applied. If a seat is not found for the applicant within that academic year, parents may contact the admissions office to roll over the application to the next academic year as early as October 1st. Applications will not automatically roll over to the following academic year. 

Payments

Fees are payable at the following times:

  • Application Fee (non-refundable): at time of application

  • Registration Fee (non-refundable): Once the applicant has been offered a place, parents will need to confirm the offer by paying the non-refundable Registration fee  within 15 days of receiving an offer of admission. If the deadline is missed, the offer will be withdrawn.

  • Remaining Tuition and Fees: 1st semester fee due in August, and 2nd semester fees due in January.
